oh, mom....i have missed her so much lately...seeing babies everywhere and wondering what she would be like with her cousins at christmas this year....missing that sweet little face we kissed, those little hands we held in ours...me too, mom. i miss her too, soooo very much. thanks for sharing her here with others. it always makes me smile to share her sweet face with others.....i love you.

Jan, The Bible doesn't tell us NOT to grieve, only that we should not grieve as those who have no hope. We do have hope in our eternal life and knowing we'll see Sydney again. Having said that, I'm still only a human and I often shed tears for Sydney. Whenever I'm having those feels, I watch the video Ian made for her; or at this season, I look at Sydney's wind chimes that we have hanging on our Christmas tree.
